Complete our interactive prescription form. Choose your chassis type (FIT or CONTROL), set shell parameters, posting angles, and any additional modifications.
Your orthotics are SLS printed on our Formlabs Fuse 1+ in PA11 nylon. Each layer is fused with precision to produce a solid, isotropic shell.
Depowder & Finish
Shells are carefully depowdered, trimmed, and finished with your chosen top cover. Every detail is hand-checked for quality.
QC & Dispatch
Every device is quality checked before dispatch to your clinic. Track the status of your order in real-time through the Réalta Portal.
