Paul is a Fellowship-level musculoskeletal podiatrist with years of clinical experience treating complex lower-limb pathologies. His career has been defined by a relentless focus on biomechanical precision and patient outcomes.
Having prescribed thousands of custom orthotics throughout his career, Paul experienced first-hand the limitations of traditional orthotic manufacturing — inconsistent quality, limited design control, and processes driven by manufacturing convenience rather than clinical need.
Paul continues to practise clinically at The Lower Limb Clinic, his MSK podiatry practice, where he treats complex lower-limb conditions and prescribes the very devices Réalta Labs manufactures.
Built to Clinical Standards, Not Manufacturing Convenience
Paul founded Réalta Labs because he believed podiatrists deserved better. Too many orthotic labs prioritise speed and cost over clinical accuracy. The result? Devices that don't match the prescription, materials that fatigue too quickly, and a disconnect between the clinician's intent and the finished product.
Réalta Labs was created to close that gap. By combining advanced SLS 3D printing with deep clinical expertise, every orthotic is manufactured to the exact specification prescribed — with ±0.1mm accuracy and materials that are built to last.
