Once installed, open the app. Use the email linked to your account to log in. If it’s your first time, you may need to reset your password.

Enable Notifications (Recommended)
Allow push notifications so you never miss updates on orders, scans, or communications.

How to Scan

The app uses your device’s front-facing camera. It takes a little practice, so don’t worry if the first few scans take longer. Position the patient prone, with the knee bent and foot supported on a chair. Carefully scan the plantar surface of the foot, ensuring you capture the posterior surface of the heel.

You’re now set up to upload scans, complete prescription forms, track orders, through the Réalta Labs platform.
