At Réalta Labs, we are passionate about redefining orthotic manufacturing. With over six years of experience manufacturing orthotics in-house, we were born out of necessity during Brexit, when delays from GB orthotic labs pushed us to create a faster, more reliable, and more agile solution. While there are excellent labs available, Réalta Labs offers something truly distinctive: enhanced, personalised support through your own private communication channel and cutting-edge technology that breaks down traditional barriers.

Our innovative app removes the complexity of casting and scanning, allowing you to scan using just your iPhone with TrueDepth APIs to make the process seamless and efficient. Behind the scenes, we deploy leading-edge design software to ensure that every pair of orthotics is fully bespoke—crafted specifically for each patient. We don’t use library shells or off-the-shelf templates; each product is a unique, precision-engineered solution.

Sustainability is woven into our DNA. We embrace the responsibility of reducing our environmental footprint. Having felt genuine guilt over the waste produced by traditional manufacturing, we transitioned to additive manufacturing, allowing us to print exactly what we need and dramatically cut down on landfill waste. We’re proud to be part of the movement toward greener, smarter healthcare.

Our founder, Paul, holds a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from Ulster University (UUJ), has completed postgraduate training in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery, and is nearing completion of his MSc at Queen Mary University of London. Paul’s passion for orthotic manufacturing is matched by his dedication to elevating the podiatric profession and pushing its boundaries forward.

Paul is supported by the clinical management expertise of his wife, Sharon, who is not only the organisational backbone of Réalta Labs but also the main point of contact for initial queries, partner communications, and onboarding. Sharon ensures that every clinic we work with receives timely, attentive, and expert support—building long-lasting, trusted relationships.

As a private practice owner himself, Paul deeply understands the realities and challenges of running a clinic. That’s why we love partnering with like-minded clinics that share our commitment to clinical excellence and growth.
